Welcome to the official Camp Bobcat site!
Keeping your child busy for an entire Summer Break can be challenging. Finding affordable but trustworthy childcare can be even more of a challenge. Camp Bobcat may be just what you need! Camp Bobcat is designed to provide a safe and fun environment for your child while they continue to learn new and exciting things and spend time with their peers! This year there will be a few new and exciting things happening at Camp Bobcat!
Camp Bobcat is divided into 3 different groups:
Kitten Care A is for children in PreK including students coming out of the K3 school year and students who are coming out of the K4 school year who would like to take a nap. These students are also required to be fully potty trained. There will also be a mandatory nap/rest time for these students, they do not have to sleep but there will be an allotted quiet time each day. These children do not leave campus but will participate in exciting activities on campus! Each week they will create crafts, make snacks, perform STEM activities, play outside, sing songs, and watch educational videos that all correlate with the theme of the week! These students will also have Water Days on campus twice a week!
Kitten Care B is for children coming out of the K4 school year who do not wish to take a nap, and all children who are coming out of the K5 school year. These students are also required to be fully potty trained. These children do not leave campus but will participate in exciting activities on campus! Each week they will create crafts, make snacks, perform STEM activities, play outside, sing songs, and watch educational videos that all correlate with the theme of the week! These students will also have Water Days on campus twice a week!
Wildcat Camp is for children coming out of the 1st-4th grade school year. This group will leave campus to go swimming on most Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at a local pool, weather permitting. These students will also leave most Thursdays for an off campus Field Trip that correlates with the Theme of the Week. The Field Trips are listed on the Camp Bobcat Schedule, but are subject to change depending on weather. Field Trips are mandatory to attend but the student does not have to participate. These students will also have allotted time each day for AR reading and taking quizzes.

Why choose Brainerd Baptist School’s Summer Camp?
Brainerd Baptist School is such a special place, and many of you may know that by now. Our goal is for Camp Bobcat to be the same way! We want your child to feel safe and loved, all while having fun and learning new things. We desire them to learn something new about each theme of the week and discover new things they enjoy doing! We have an amazing staff who love and play with the children, some of whom may be familiar faces to you! We are confident that we can provide a camp in which all summer long your child can have a fun and exciting summer while also providing you peace knowing your child is being taken care of and having loads of fun at the same time!

Parent Recommendations:
“Jakob looks forward to summer camp at Brainerd Baptist School every summer. He loves all the activities, field trips, and playing with his friends. He is excited to arrive each morning and knows the schedule for the day. It gives me peace of mind to be able to go to work and know he is safe, having fun, and with people who love and nurture him. Brainerd Baptist is a true blessing.” (Melba Wolfe)
“Liam loved going to camp every day. There was never a day he said he did not want to go. They had different activities every day to keep them entertained. The teachers and staff do such a great job organizing it all. We are very excited to continue our summers at Camp Bobcat.” (Megan Bravo)
