The Process

We understand that finding the right school can turn into an overwhelming experience. We endeavor to tailor admissions to each family and work hard to make the process as easy as possible. Tours are typically done at 9 or 10 am on a day that best fits your schedule and takes approximately one hour. Below you will see how the timeline for admission.  If you have any questions about the school or the admission process, please feel free to contact us by email or by calling 423-622-3873.

Request Information – Once you request information, we will email you a digital admissions packet. After you have reviewed the admissions packet, the next step is to tour the school. A link to schedule the tour is included with your admissions packet. Note: We are now accepting applications for the 2025-26 school year. Space is very limited in K2 and K3 for 2025-26.

Tour the School – This is the most essential step in the process. You will take a tour of our campus, meet with our Head of School, who will share our philosophy of education, and see what makes our school so unique. For families entering K2, K3, K4, or K5, we prefer to do the tour in the morning hours so you can see the students in the classroom environment. We also recommend that children do not attend the tour as we have a special time planned for them when they come to complete the screening process (students entering K2-K5) or on their shadow day (students entering 1st-5th grades). Note: We are now accepting applications for the 2025-26 school year. Space is very limited in K2 and K3 for 2025-26.

Apply for Admission – Parents begin this process after they have completed a tour of the school. The process is all done online. Step-by-step instructions will be provided. Parents will pay the $75 application fee at this point. The submitted application holds your child’s space. Once we have received your application, we will schedule a time for your child to visit our school and complete an age-appropriate assessment. We begin accepting applications on September 1st for the following school year. Note: We are now accepting applications for the 2025-26 school year Space is very limited in K2 and K3 for 2025-26.
