Ellen Baggenstoss, Director of Development

Ellen began working at Brainerd Baptist School in 2012. She graduated from Farragut High School in Knoxville, Tennessee and then went to the University of Tennessee to complete her undergraduate degree in Psychology and earned her Master’s degree as a part of the Dean’s Program in Elementary Education. Upon graduation, she taught abroad in Wales and then moved to Chattanooga to teach 3rd grade at Big Ridge Elementary. Cumulatively, Ellen taught for seven years before coming to Brainerd Baptist School. She has twin daughters, Kate and Lydia, who are alumni of Brainerd Baptist School.
