Brittany was born and raised in Nashville and moved to Chattanooga in 2006 to attend UTC. She graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology. While attending college she met her husband, John, and decided to stay in the Chattanooga area after graduation. They just celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary and have two beautiful children, Stella and Theo, who both attend BBS. Brittany and her family are members of Mile Straight Baptist Church in Soddy Daisy. She enjoys spending time with her family, pool days, beach trips, camping, and listening to audiobooks.

One of her favorite Bible verses is Philippians 4:6 "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God."
