AnnMarie was born and raised in Tucker, Georgia. After high school, she attended the University of Georgia and graduated with a BBA, with a major in Marketing and a minor in Business Management. She worked as a Staff Supervisor/Office Manager for TRC and Olsten Services in Atlanta until she relocated to Chattanooga. Once in Chattanooga, she changed career paths and attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where she received a BS in Elementary Education. AnnMarie began her teaching career at Boynton Elementary where she taught Kindergarten for 26 years. She retired from Catoosa County Schools in 2023 and began working part-time at the Primrose School.

AnnMarie has two grown children who both live in the Nashville area. Clinton is married to Abby, and they have one precious boy, Wade! Caroline is an ICU nurse at St. Thomas Hospital. AnnMarie and Chip also share two bonus children and two grandchildren. Ty and Christine live in Chattanooga and have two beautiful children, Clara and Beau. They both attend BBS. Clara will be in 5th grade and Beau will be in 2nd grade. Catherine lives in Los Angeles and works for Hulu.

AnnMarie is a member of Christ United Methodist Church. She enjoys spending time with her family (especially the grandkids) and friends. She loves Georgia football! Go Dawgs! She also enjoys traveling to Nashville, Atlanta, NYC and the beach.
